We are searching for Top Insurance Sales producers to add to our agencies.

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements

– 440 or 220 License is required
– Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
– Must be knowledgeable in auto, home, and personal insurance coverages
– Must be able to persevere through difficult client interactions over the phone.
– Must have a strong will to earn money
– Bilingual / Spanish a plus (Not required)
– Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities
– Hit Monthly Quota
– Hit Daily Call Volume
– Conducting outgoing prospecting sales calls from given leads
– Maintain their compliance paperwork
– Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations with sales
– Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
